We want you to be completely satisfied with your True Bias purchase and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn, unwashed garments. Please note that digital sewing patterns are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is neatly folded to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
